SALON POLICY 

STRICT CANCELLATION    |   LATE ARRIVAL    |      NO SHOW

DUE TO COVID -19   WE WILL TAKE SAME DAY APPOINTMENT BUT IF YOU DO NOT MAKE YOUR  APPOINTMENT  / NO SHOW YOU WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE  (NOTE)  SAME DAY APPOINTMENT  MAY NOT MAKE CANCELLATION

CANCELLATION  SERVICE  LATE POLICY  :  At blume we have a strict 24 hour cancellation service / late policy: in order to accommodate the high demand of appointments. This policy applies across the board whether booked in person, on the phone, online through our website  For any reason if there is a missed appointment, more than 10 minutes late, we have the right  to reschedule your appointment   , you will still be responsible for the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointment.

We do not do Same-Day bookings we need  24 hours in advance.  Any same day service will condsider as a walk-ins  meaning first come first serve unless you have and appointment . No refunds will be given to cancelled or rescheduled bookings.

SAME DAY CANCELLATION &  RESCHEDULING: For same-day rescheduling we charge 100% of the original service booked regardless if you are rescheduling with the same nail tech or not – in addition you will still be responsible for the full-service fee of your same day rescheduled appointment. Same-day cancellations, no-shows and groups will be charged the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointment.

  We have a 10 minute grace period before & after your appointment

  time. If you are late, we cannot guarantee service with the same

  Technician and you may only reschedule once per day.

 We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

 Children are not allowed in the spa if not receiving services.

 If children are receiving services, please be specific with the

front desk on what they are to receive and not to receive. It is the

guardian’s responsibility to pay for any additional upgrades.

 All services are guaranteed for 3 days . If, for any reason, you are not satisfied,

we will FIX THE PROBLEM  the service within   3 DAYS ONLY 

We must be notified on  the original day of service. 

Clients who are not able to return within

given time frame for any reason are not guaranteed compensation.

 Our prices are available in our brochure / sign holder. Please reference the

prices before receiving your services.

 If you agree to an upgrade or additional services suggested by the

Technician or Staff, you will be responsible for payment based on

those changes.

 We will not be responsible for allergic reactions due to certain

ingredients in the products or burning due to waxing on clients who

are using acne medications, acne creams or have sensitive skin.

 We greatly appreciate your business! If you have any concerns,

complaints, or comments, please do not hesitate to consult our

Manager so that we can better serve you in the future. We also

welcome compliments and praises:)

NO REFUNDS will be given. 

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Sorry, no checks.

Tips may not be charged on credit cards. Cash tip  only, Please.
